We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once the damage has been reviewed and verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or failure to follow product care instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
